The restaurant menu is mainly focused on the European cuisine, although our Head Chef included some of the best traditional Bulgarian dishes, which is very much appreciated by our foreign customers. We are pleased to present our new menu, please open the link bellow.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and stylish without being too pretentious. We have achieved a professional service, which is slightly sweetened by our personal approach to every guest.
Restaurant Ego serves breakfast between 07:00 - 10:00 AM to the guests of the hotel. We offer breakfast to nonresidents and organize business breakfast meetings.
For the rest of the day until 23:00 we are open for lunch and dinner for guests of the hotel and citizens and visitors of Varna.
